Just Click on Agent Registration the home page and fill the registration form, then within 24 hours you will receive login ID and password from Mamlakat Al Asfar.

Each User Name has unique identity and cannot be change but you can change the password by clicking the change password in the home page.

If you forgot your username or password, please click on (forgot you password) option, fill in your registered email address and system will generate and send a new password to you.

Just you need to provide us bank guarantee or floating deposit with the limit amount you want to have.

In case an account exceeds the credit limit, it will automatically change to prepayment. The system will allow you to book but, you need to pay it by credit card or cash prior to payment deadline. The booking confirmation voucher will be generated once the payment has been received.

No. If you marked up your rates on the website, you will see gross rates but, upon payment system will only charge the Net amount payable to Mamlakat Al-Asfar. If you use your guest’s credit card, you will lose your commission.

The payment deadline is stated on the booking. The payment should be settled on or before the deadline otherwise, system will automatically cancel the booking and space will be released.

Our representative/driver will check the flight details to adjust pick up/drop off time in case of an early or delayed arrival.

The client should immediately call the emergency number given on the vouchers for an urgent assistance.

Mamlakat Al-Asfar uses a secure connection for your booking, your personal data and credit card details are encrypted. Our secure server uses 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) technology, the online industry's standard.

The vouchers are automatically generated and sent to the registered email as soon as the booking has been reconfirmed. You may also send the voucher to you or to your clients e-mail by clicking the option “Send voucher by E-mail”.

No, we do not charge any fees at all.

Confirmation of your reservation should be instant and you will receive an email confirming of all your reservation details. This e-mail should reach you within 5 minutes of making a reservation.

It will be included in your booking confirmation email and the voucher.

After booking, all of the hotel’s details (including phone number and email address) are provided in the booking confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

Yes you may book up to 5 rooms at a time.

Yes, you can view your reservations and their status using the “find reservations”.

Once you have entered the dates of your stay for a specific hotel, the rates will be clearly displayed with the room types available.

As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking voucher and your booking location. We also send you a confirmation email with all your booking information

Please carefully check the inbox and the spam/junk folders for the email address you provided when making the booking. You can also use booking locator shown on the confirmation page when you completed your booking .also you can check your booking status and print the voucher online form “Member Area“. Yes, it's easy. You can cancel your booking. Please, remember to check the hotel's cancellation policy before making the cancellation to your booking. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals can have a different cancellation policy.

Once you have cancelled your reservation you should receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders. If you don't receive an email please feel free to contact us.

If children are coming along, they should be added on the booking in the system. Hotels have different child policy and failure to inform us about the children may result in the hotel charging your guests directly for any supplements.
